At Hair Naturally Beauty Supply, our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with your return or exchange.
14-Day Return Window for Non-Chemical Products
We offer a 14-day return window for most new, unopened, and unused non-chemical products. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. The 14-day period begins on the date of delivery.
Returns of Human and Synthetic Hair Products
For health and hygiene reasons, all human and synthetic hair products must be returned in their original, factory-sealed packaging. The product must be completely unused and unaltered. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring the product has not been worn, combed, brushed, cut, colored, or had any products applied to it. We reserve the right to refuse a return if there is any sign of use.
Restocking Fee
In some cases, a restocking fee may be applied to your return. This fee is typically applied to cover the cost of processing the return and inspecting the product. You will be informed if a restocking fee applies to your return when you request your RMA number.
How to Initiate a Return and Obtain an RMA Number
If you wish to return an item, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To do this, please visit our Contact Us page and fill out the contact form. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and the return shipping address. Please do not send any items back to us without an RMA number. Items received without a valid RMA number may not be eligible for a refund or exchange and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. In cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, for all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
